Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms To Look Out For

Strangely enough, quitting smoking still brings obnoxious effects to a person. However, these symptoms seem merely like a tiny bit of discomfort compared to the diseases obstinate smoking could incite.

Coughs

Even as most people who smoke already suffer from bad breath, being a quitter will make you endure some more. Luckily, this will vanish after a few weeks so keep quitting. Get accustomed to carrying mints around with you.

Vertigo

Nicotine present in cigarettes is a stimulant. Therefore, it alters the way your mind behaves. After quitting smoking, though, your brain takes time to go back to normal and it causes mild headaches. Relax often and rest a full 8 hours so that these nicotine withdrawal symptoms will soon go.

Sores In Your Mouth

Your throat area is extremely susceptible to what you put in your mouth. Because you’re not smoking any longer, you have less mucus around your throat area.
